Her classical Culinary Arts degree, with a strong French influence, laid the groundwork for a bold and imaginative approach to cuisine - rooted in technique, but driven by curiosity. Audrey thrives on reinventing the familiar, turning humble ingredients into refined experiences (yes, even boxed ramen). Her latest culinary obsessions include intricate entremets and versatile doughs, where precision meets play.

Obsessed with: Salads, Sauces & SourdoughYacht chef on 37m motor yacht, Amber brings her combined experience and knowledge of superyachts & catamarans. Formally trained at Gastronomicom in the South of France. She brings her expertise in menu planning, fresh flavors and cooking meats & fish. Her latest food inspiration is from a recent trip to Turkey.

Obsessed with: Authentic flavours of Asia and Mexico, iconic guest experiences & galley karaokeCurrently Head Chef onboard a 70-metre yacht, Nina’s journey began many years ago, inspired by the stories of her parents in this adventurous industry. She completed her formal culinary training at Ashburton Culinary School in the UK and also credits the exceptional head chefs she has worked under shaping the chef she is today. Nina’s cooking is deeply inspired by travel, with a particular love for South East Asian cuisine, alongside a growing obsession with New American food. Her real-world experience, practical approach, and humour make her an inspiring chef to learn from.

Obsessed with: Pastry, plating & nutrient-rich mealsCara brings vibrant energy and flavors to every day & dish. With years of experience as an instructor at Quarterdeck Academy, she now calls the Caribbean home — spending the last 4 years expanding her portfolio and leveling up to become the chef on the luxurious Sol, a top of the line Sunreef 80. Her food is equal parts beautiful and nourishing, with a clear focus on flavour, flow and plating precision.
