After 10 years in the yachting industry we’ve found our niche and what we believe is the diamond in the dust. That’s why we’ve created a training programme tailor made to the exact role onboard these boats.

Choose between our two types of training:

1) Foundational Yacht Chef Training:

2 Weeks || On-the-job Style Training

Become confident in core culinary techniques, menu planning, provisioning, charter preparation, art of plating, deck duties & maritime safety.

For those new to the industry or self taught with a up to 3 seasons experience.

2) Advanced Culinary Retreat:

1 Week || Retreat Style Training

A place to challenge yourself, be inspired and connect with fellow cheffies. Learn poolside and keep things spicy for the new season.

For those experienced yacht chefs looking to recharge their soul but also refine and level up their skills.
